SUMMARY:Solid Block Quilt in a Day
DESCRIPTION:October 16th — Noon to 7pm \nOctober 17th — 9am to 4pm \nThis quilt is easy for a beginner or a fun little project for a novice! \nYou will need a working sewing machine\, bobbin\, seam ripper\, scissors\, and a spool of thread. \nI will have rotary cutters\, mats\, irons\, ironing boards etc. \nTime to finish is approx. 6-8 hours.  If you do not get it finished\, you can always come back in to the shop or finish it at home! \nWhen you sign up and pay for your class\, you will receive the requirements for fabric. \nIf you buy all of your fabrics and batting from my shop and decide to have it quilted on the longarm\, you will receive 20% off of the longarm service.  If you purchase the fabric and batting somewhere else\, you will receive 10% off of the longarm service. \nThe cost for this class is $15. \nYou may bring a sack lunch or there are a couple of options for food\, locally.

SUMMARY:2 Day Retreat
DESCRIPTION:October 23rd 10am – 7pm \nOctober 24th 8am – 5pm \nBring your UFOs\, new projects or any other sewing/craft project.  You will only need to bring your sewing machine & thread – unless you craft :).  Leave everything at the shop for the 2nd day – no trudging back and forth!! \nIroning boards\, rulers\, rotary cutters\, design board and mats are available.   $10 for Friday and $10 for Saturday.  We have a grocery store and great bar food or you may bring your own lunch.  I have a full sized refrigerator\, microwave\, toaster\, and coffee/tea.  Rolls and fruit will be provided for Saturday morning. \nSee you soon!
